Depending on your package, you can choose from a range of optional upgrades, including:

Branding the front of your pod
Branding your meeting table
Displaying your promotional video on the large LED screen

For the best value, we recommend booking a Premium Package, as it includes these benefits at a lower overall cost.

If you choose a Standard Package, you'll still have the opportunity to add these upgrades later during the registration process. Please note that upgrades purchased separately are priced higher than those included with a Premium Package.

Price includes one exhibitor pass. Access to a “shared” meeting table with on other co-exhibitors, i.e. a hot desk for meetings.

Packages with shared tables – Important information:

If you have selected a package that includes a shared table, VisitBritain will allocate you to share with another co-exhibitor.

If you already know which company you wish to share with, please have their company details available before starting your registration. Please note:

Your chosen co-exhibitor must also complete their own registration form.
Each co-exhibitor is responsible for paying the applicable registration fee.
