*What is a Co-Exhibitor?

A Co-Exhibitor is an additional delegate from a separate or partner company who attends the event by sharing a table with an approved Primary Delegate.

Co-Exhibitors are ideal for organisations that wish to participate in meetings and gain visibility at the event without taking a full Primary Delegate table.

What’s included in the Co-Exhibitor package?

• Own company profile visibility throughout the event

• Shared table for Product Workshop appointments with an approved Primary Delegate

• Attendance at the event as a registered delegate

Important information

• Co-Exhibitor places are only confirmed once the Primary Delegate application has been successfully approved

• Co-Exhibitors do not receive a separate table and will share the Primary Delegate’s table and meeting space

• If registering as a co-exhibitor, this must have been discussed with the relevant Primary Delegate you wish to attend with prior to completing the application form. Co-exhibitor approvals are contingent on the approval of the relevant primary delegate application being approved

Co-Exhibitors must be linked to a Primary Delegate and share that delegate’s table and meeting diary.
Your application will only be reviewed and confirmed once the linked Primary Delegate application has been approved, and final approval is subject to the Primary Delegate’s consent.
